Rodney Graves is originally from Cross Plains, Tennessee, a small rural farming community in northern middle Tennessee, on the Kentucky border. He graduated from MTSU in the summer of 1990 with an Economics/Finance degree. He currently resides in Murfreesboro, where he has lived since graduating college. 

For the last 20+ years, he has worked closely with local governments and utilities to customize computer applications to meet their administrative needs. He has managed and maintained residential rental properties that he owns for the last 12 years. In January of 2017, he received his real estate license. Over the past several years, he has had the pleasure of helping families and friends find the dream property they have always desired.
